Many decisions can be made over the phone with one of our experienced staff. Using this website, you can choose your chairs, linen, china...just about everything you'll need, but a knowledgeable event coordinator can help with some of the trickier aspects of planning your party. On-Site consultations are free, however if you're planning on using a tent, it is required.

This service will help you determine how many people or size of tent will work for your venue. Bands, food service, tables and seating are all important options that determine the size of your tent or area needed for your event. A fire permit is required on any structure over 400 sq. ft. but we'll handle the processing so you don't have to!

Your rental equipment needs will be confirmed and a delivery time will be scheduled a few days before your event. Equipment is dropped off at a dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to our truck. On pick-up, equipment must be re-stacked and available to our drivers. Dishes should be rinsed and in their original containers.

Count on our Abbey Crew to set-up your tent quickly and safely. All precautions are taken when securing a tent, either by stakes, 50 gallon drums or steel weighted plates considering the location. We'll deliver your heaters and light the pilots if your event starts within a couple of hours, otherwise a staff member will show you how to light them.
